Own My Days ("the Service") is provided by Search Converts LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("we", "us"). It includes this website and the downloadable dashboard file. By using it you agree to these terms.

1. Adults only

You must be 18 or older. The Service is not for anyone under 18.

2. Not medical care

Own My Days is a personal planning and tracking tool. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice, and it does not diagnose or treat anything. Do not use it in place of a doctor, pharmacist or licensed counselor. Stopping some substances (including alcohol and benzodiazepines) can be dangerous: talk to a clinician first. Information about health milestones is general and may not apply to you.

3. In an emergency

If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988, call SAMHSA at 1-800-662-4357, or call 911. We do not monitor your use of the app and cannot contact anyone on your behalf.

4. Your data

The dashboard stores what you enter in your own browser on your own device. We do not receive it. You are responsible for backing it up; clearing browser data deletes it. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Optional AI coach

The AI coach is off unless you enter your own Anthropic API key. If you use it, your messages go from your browser to Anthropic under your key and Anthropic's terms, and any cost is yours. AI replies can be wrong, are not professional advice, and may not be suitable for your situation.

6. Third-party links

The Service links to outside organizations such as 988, SAMHSA and therapist directories. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or services. Counselors you save in the app are your own relationships; we are not a party to them and do not host video sessions.

7. License and acceptable use

We give you a free, personal, non-exclusive license to download, use and keep copies of the dashboard file. Don't use the Service to break the law or to harm others, and don't present it as your own commercial product or remove its disclaimers. You own what you put into it.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Search Converts LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Because the Service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update the Service or these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by Colorado law, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in Denver, Colorado, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
