Accessibility Statement

Updated 2026-11-07

We want Own My Days to be usable by as many people as possible. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA.

What we've done

  • Keyboard access to every control, with visible focus outlines and a skip link.
  • Semantic headings, labelled form fields and buttons with accessible names.
  • Color contrast chosen for readability in light and dark themes, adjustable themes and text size in the app.
  • Layouts that work on phones and zoomed text, and reduced motion respected for animations.
  • Plain, calm language and no flashing content.

Known limits

We have not yet had a formal third-party audit. The self-chosen accent color in the app is your choice, so very light colors may reduce contrast; the app adjusts text on top of it automatically but you may need to pick a darker one. The breathing timer is visual and text-based; it has no audio.
