Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-11-07

Short version: we don't collect your personal information. The dashboard keeps everything on your own device.

What the dashboard stores

Anything you type into Own My Days (goals, counters, notes, health log, mood, journal, contacts, links) is saved in your browser's local storage on your device. It is never sent to us. Backup files you download stay where you save them.

What our website collects

Like any website, our server keeps standard logs (IP address, date and time, page or file requested, browser type) when you visit or download. We use them only for security and fixing problems, keep them only as long as needed for those purposes, and don't use them to build profiles, advertise, or sell or share them. We use no cookies, no analytics, no advertising or tracking scripts, and no third-party fonts or widgets on this site.

The optional AI coach

If, and only if, you enter your own Anthropic API key and press Send, the text you send (and, if you tick the option, your goal titles and counter names and day counts) goes from your browser directly to Anthropic. We don't see it or store it. Anthropic's own privacy policy applies to it. If you never enter a key, nothing is ever sent.

Links to other sites

Phone numbers and links to services like 988, SAMHSA and therapist directories open those organizations' own sites or phone apps. We don't share anything with them.

Health information

You may choose to write health notes in the dashboard. They stay on your device. We are not a healthcare provider and Own My Days is not covered by HIPAA. Because we don't collect your data, we cannot access or disclose it.

Children

The Service is for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and the dashboard asks for date of birth only to check age and does not save it.

Your choices

You control your data: use My data in the dashboard to download or erase it at any time. Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to delete, but you may contact us with questions.

Changes and contact

We'll post any change here with a new date. Questions: Search Converts LLC, via searchconverts.com.
